We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales to join our team. This is a sales-focused leadership role that combines frontline selling with team guidance. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring our showroom consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example on the sales floor--actively engage clients and close sales
Supervise and support sales associates to achieve team and individual sales targets
Provide professional product knowledge and tailored solutions to clients (spa, massage, and beauty equipment)
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives
Monitor performance metrics and report to management with insights and improvement plans
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and motivation to maintain a high-performance culture
Ensure customer escalations are handled promptly and professionally
Maintain showroom standards, product displays, and inventory accuracy
