Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Senior Sales
professional to join our team. This role combines frontline sales excellence with leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales associates, and ensuring an outstanding showroom experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example on the sales floor through proactive client engagement and successful deal closing
Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales goals
Deliver in-depth product knowledge and customized solutions for spa, massage, and beauty professionals
Develop and execute sales strategies, in-store promotions, and upselling initiatives
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights
Support staff training, scheduling, and motivation to maintain a high-performance culture
Handle customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally
Ensure showroom presentation, product displays, and inventory records meet company standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or related B2B industries
Previous leadership experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager
Strong ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
Fluent in
English and Mandarin

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient with POS systems and comfortable using digital tools for sales and reporting
