Share your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Business
• Salesforce certification is an asset

Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years overall Finance,Technology & IT industry experience
• A minimum of 2+ years in a solution and implementation role, specifically in CRM analytics
• Expertise in Tableau / Einstein, ability to work on Salesforce Analytics Studio
• Solid business acumen, management, and communication skills
• Experience presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences
• Experience with Software development lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries, & tools
• Knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages
• Experience in data movement and transformation technologies
• Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Analytics Studio
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Azure Stream Analytics, SQL Analytics, Data Lake Analytics.
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning tools
• Experience in project and/or product management

About this Role

• Responsible for Reporting and Analytics from ideating to implementing on Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and other relevant tools.
• Work with Manager and Sr. Manager in implementing the solution in collaboration with stakeholders
• Discuss objectives, develop solution & technical plans, and recommend ideal implementation architecture on Analytics Studio, based on data that is housed in SF, and a few other platforms / DBs
• Review Business Requirements and communicate their technical implications
• Identify, define, implement, and ensure adherence to strategy, policies, and standards
• Understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and how they apply to the organization
