Senior Sales Representative (promotional Products)

Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage, develop, and grow existing business relationships and customer accounts Perform outreach to introduce the company and product line, and to schedule a more thorough conversation with the potential customer and the rest of the team Promote products and services according to the customers' needs Listen to customers, analyze their needs, offer adapted solutions and seize sale opportunities Answer after-sales service questions (invoicing, changes to the customer's account, provide general information, solve customers' issues or refer them to the relevant department) Once established, be able to manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing sales Stay up to date on company product developments and marketing initiatives to inform potential sales strategies Researching prospective client companies to drive business development

Experience, Education, and Skills Required:



5+ Years Experience in B2B Sales 5+ Years working with Swag and/or Promotional Products Project management experience and ability to solve issues creatively Previous connections in the with promotional products vendors is a strong asset Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills Hungry and motivated to pursue leads with strong self-discipline Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative Determination and resilience through long and challenging sales cycles Highly organized, detail oriented, and good with technology Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant Sales CRM software
This position's compensation is commensurate with experience, along with possible commission structure based on performance.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
