We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Professional and Keyholder to join our team. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Manage inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient merchandising. Oversee daily operations including cashiering, payroll, and budgeting tasks. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and inventory management. Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and effective communication. Supervise shift management to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and drive sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, employee performance, and inventory levels.

Experience

Candidates should have a proven track record in retail sales management or a related field. The following skills are essential for success in this role:

Strong negotiation abilities and experience in employee recruitment and interviewing. Proficiency in bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems. Experience in managing teams, including supervising staff and training new employees. Familiarity with inventory management practices and retail operations. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in grocery store operations or wireless sales is advantageous.
