Summary

At STEMCELL Technologies, we are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. As our Senior Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of existing sales operations processes while also implementing enhancements and proposing recommendations for process improvements. This role will be primarily focused on Sales Incentives Processes where you will support the development and maintenance of an incentive program that motivates our Global Sales team. You will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout all the associated operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities associated with the Sales Incentives Program including Data Audits, Roster Management, Incentive Calculations, Agreements and Statement administration as well as Dispute Resolutions
• Implementing data/process/tool enhancements required as part of changing business needs and maintaining appropriate documentation for governance
• Proposing recommendations to standardize processes and tools to improve scalability and enhance Sales process efficiencies
• Performing data analysis needed to support business decision making and communicating findings effectively to key stakeholders
• Maintaining existing sales reports and designing new reports as needed by the business
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives, including working closely with the sales team to ensure proper sales compensation and revenue management

Knowledge and Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field such as business, finance, or data analytics
• 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, preferably in the Sales Compensation or related Sales/Revenue Operations domain
• Prior experience with Sales Performance Management software is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in manipulating large datasets using Excel and/or Database Management tools such as Tableau and Snowflake
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
