What You'll Do:




Drive proactive sales

by targeting high-potential accounts, markets, and segments, focusing on account saturation and new business development to meet revenue goals.

Collaborate with Revenue Management

to align business acquisition with profitability, qualifying leads based on spend and conversion potential.

Manage complex sales opportunities

, utilizing strong negotiation and creative selling skills to close high-value deals that align with market conditions and property needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders to foster repeat business and expand the customer base.

Execute operational and service standards

, including contract facilitation, proposal development, and site visits, ensuring a seamless sales process aligned with brand expectations.

What We're Looking For:




Combination of hotel sales experience and post secondary education either in business administration or hospitality. Strong business acumen and people leadership skills. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
