Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate has
3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales
, a strong background in
international logistics
, and the ability to bring
active accounts
. We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with
industrial clients and B2B exports
from North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of NEW clients, specially FCL Exports from Canada and USA
Expand business from
active accounts
Generate leads and close new B2B opportunities, focusing on
exports from the USA and Canada
Understand client needs and provide tailored freight forwarding solutions
Collaborate with operations to ensure high service standards and delivery
Represent Eminence Freight Services professionally in all client interactions
Attend domestic and international industry conferences or networking events to promote the company and develop business
Qualifications:
Must have some existing client base that can be on-boarded
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
in the freight forwarding/logistics industry (air, ocean, or ground)
Proven experience generating B2B leads for export shipments
from the USA and Canada to destinations worldwide, especially for
industrial clients and machinery movers
Strong understanding of
international ocean freight
processes and documentation
Excellent communication skills
, with the ability to engage confidently with
senior decision-makers
in the industrial sector
Open to
representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
to generate leads and secure business
Existing book of business (active accounts)
that can be transitioned
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong negotiation and closing skills
