We are growing our Canadian team and seeking a

Senior Sales Executive

who can take ownership of the

full sales cycle

-- from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and meeting quarterly and annual targets.

What You'll Do




Own the

end-to-end sales process

, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business. Identify and engage decision-makers across corporate learning, HR, and L&D functions. Build and maintain a consistent

pipeline

through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal experts to design and present

custom learning solutions

that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and ROI. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve

quarterly and annual sales targets

. Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Represent PulseLearning at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our brand. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the leadership team.



What You Bring




3+ years of B2B sales experience

, ideally in Learning & Development, SaaS, or professional services. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and design effective learning solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally (up to 25%).
