Responsibilities
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, account management, and territory management.
Conduct market research to support business development efforts and identify potential clients.
Utilize CRM software, to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales performance metrics for management review.
Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Assist in product demos and upselling initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and inside sales efforts, to drive revenue growth.
Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development within a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of technology sales and retail sales processes.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is essential.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, territory management, and direct sales strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
