About The Role:



We're looking for a skilled

Senior RF Design Engineer

to join our hardware team and help bring next-generation wireless products to life. You'll play a key role in designing, testing, and improving our RF systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable performance from concept to production.

What You'll Be Responsible For:



Design, model, and validate transmit and receive line-ups, including PLLs, TXCOs, Mixers, LNAs, Pas, and up/down converters. Perform schematic capture using OrCAD and contribute to PCB layout. Derive RF hardware design requirements from system-level specifications. Select, evaluate and approve electronic/RF components. Conduct, detailed RF system measurements: EVM, Phase Noise, Linearity, Sensitivity, etc. Analyze and debug early-stage prototypes (NPI phase) and resolve hardware issues in collaboration with development teams. Develop functional and system-level test plans and reports for product validation. Prepare and support production test processes and certification efforts (FCC, ETSI). Support and mentor junior engineers. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration.

What We're Looking For

:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics. Minimum 8+ years of experience in RF/Microwave outdoor products. Hands-on experience in RF measurement tools: VNAs, oscilloscopes, power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers. Strong theoretical understanding of RF principles and practical hands-on testing experience. Experience with CAD tools for schematic design - OrCAD preferred. Experience with millimeter wave products or certification testing is a strong asset. Proven ability to take designs from concept through to production and certification. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
