As the Senior Research Professional, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of research projects that focus on climate resilience, climate change and its impacts on northern buildings. This project aligns with Yukon University's Strategic Directions and values, builds northern capacity, and addresses northern needs. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree preferably at the PhD level in a relevant STEM field, combined with experience in climate change or northern building science and/or, engineering, design, and construction.

If you have strong communication, inter-personal, organizational, problem-solving, critical-thinking, time management, and creative skills, and a demonstrated ability to initiate actions, lead a team and work with minimal supervision please apply. Conditions of employment include a valid Driver's License, or equivalent and the ability to occasionally travel to field locations, Yukon communities, and conferences.
