The Opportunity

The Senior Renewal Specialist is responsible for leading high-complexity and strategic renewals across Riskonnect's global customer base. This role involves negotiating with procurement teams, structuring multi-year and multi-product renewals, and ensuring predictable retention outcomes. The Senior Renewal Specialist partners closely with CSMs, Sales, Legal, and Finance, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of complex renewals, including negotiations with procurement and legal teams. Develop renewal strategies tailored to customer needs and aligned with Riskonnect's revenue goals. Provide accurate forecasting and maintain renewal pipeline discipline. Partner with Sales and CSMs to identify and progress upsell and expansion opportunities. Mentor Renewal Specialists and contribute to training/onboarding of new team members. Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal processes, tools, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve renewal-related escalations. _____________________________________________________________________________

Your current skillset will include:

Your experience will include:

5-7 years of SaaS renewals, account management, or sales operations experience. Proven track record negotiating complex contracts. Strong financial and commercial acumen.
