We are looking for an experienced Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Regional Marketing & Global Events team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about creating impactful programs that drive measurable results.
You will be responsible for:

• Partnering closely with sales, marketing, and extended teams to build integrated go-to-market initiatives that accelerate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships
• Applying data-driven strategies to monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring measurable business impact
• Cultivating and managing relationships with technology partners and alliances to deliver joint initiatives that expand market reach and elevate brand presence
• Supporting and managing logistics for field events, including securing venues, coordinating promotional items, preparing speakers/SMEs, and driving pre- and post-event engagement
• Operating as a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and is focused on delivering results

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or hospitality/event management
• Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Team player able to work independently and autonomously
• Experience with the Canadian Public Sector

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual - English and French
• Experience in public relations and/or social media marketing
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau to analyze performance and ROI

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$84,000--$120,000 CAD
