You'll join a small, entrepreneurial team driving Terrion's expansion in Canada's telecom infrastructure market. As one of two Senior Real Estate Managers reporting directly to our Head of Commercial, you'll shape our commercial strategy and success as part of our core team. Working in our growing company, your decisions directly influence our direction as you collaborate with experienced professionals while leading innovative deal-making in the telecom infrastructure space.





You'll leverage your industry connections and leasing expertise to lead our sales initiatives and secure vertical real estate space on our infrastructure. Your deal-making skills and industry relationships will drive how telecommunications infrastructure is developed and marketed across Canada. You'll not only navigate the complexities of daily operations but thrive in our solutions-based sales environment, where creative problem-solving and unconventional approaches are valued and rewarded. What you'll do

Project Leadership:

Drive our lease-up strategy in Eastern Canada, ensuring our lease-up targets are met

Strategic Planning:

Oversee and understand the local market requirements, follow up on leads and find new opportunities for lease-up on our infrastructure

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with government entities, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams

Project Oversight:

Negotiate new colocation lease/license agreements for vertical tower space on Terrion towers and other infrastructure

Evaluate new opportunities

and recommend improvements on the delivery of projects

Reporting and Forecasting:

Provide regular reporting to our leadership team, ensuring quality control of data entry and tracking of sales funnel and revenue targets

Innovation Leadership:

Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies in wireless for our commercial program

Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders

Process Improvement:

Lead initiatives to streamline existing workflows and develop more efficient operational procedures

What you'll bring






Bilingual fluency in French and English with exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and closing deals Respected for your understanding of commercial leasing, real estate, municipal land-use and federal government requirements necessary for the ongoing operation and expansion of telecommunication infrastructure Startup mindset with proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pivot quickly between different functions and challenges in a fast-paced, evolving organization Acknowledged for your ability to read and interpret legal documents including (lease, license right of way agreements and others); also an ability to understand construction drawings including (surveys & engineering designs) Regarded for your attention to details and excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience in the site acquisition, colocation, leasing including management experience in the communications industry Experience communicating with a variety of landowners such as federal, provincial & municipal authorities, first nations, railways, utility companies, commercial & industrial business owners, condominium corporations, and residential owners regarding land access, rights of way in land and leases

Expertise using ERP applications like SAP, CRM tools like Sitetracker & Salesforce, GIS tools and some experience leveraging AI tools is an asset Knowledge of wireless networks and deployments of these networks Previous experience or knowledge of wireless site acquisition and development Knowledge of leasing, zoning regulations, and municipal processes




Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will occasionally interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.


Salary Range: $91,000-$137,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
