Glacial Aggregates Inc. is seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our Quality Control team, supporting our operations in the Birds Hill and Stonewall areas.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on a challenge and wants a stable career in a foundational industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform sampling and basic testing on aggregates produced in our pits and quarries to ensure products meet applicable standards. Provide essential support for inventory management. Assist with cutting-edge GPS and drone surveys (serving as a visual observer). Coordinate property testing using a variety of exploratory drill and excavation methods. Supervise and training summer students, mentoring the next generation. Contribute to overall site function through general maintenance and light housekeeping.

What We Need From You:

A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work extended hours (typically 10-11 hour shifts) during our busy season. Preferred Assets (Not Required): Skills in Microsoft Office, post-secondary education or experience in gravel testing, surveying, or drone piloting, and familiarity with

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
