LAMEER MANAGEMENT

is looking for a reliable and competent senior property manager to join our growing team in a full-time position. Lameer is managing a new development project of 400 apartments and is looking for an experienced manager to lead the operation.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for handling day to day operations of a new construction development of 400 luxury apartments Manage conciergerie team and cleaning team Execute the preventative maintenance of the site Coordinate and execute apartment renovations following turnover Handling tenant interactions and coordinating service calls with our team and suppliers working with the leasing team to coordinate turnover Routine property inspections Preparation of annual budget and quarterly review of results Lead discussions with ownership during monthly meetings

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILL SET:

Minimum five years of experience in property management Must have your own vehicle (car allowance will be provided) Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) Bilingual - French and English Strong time management skills Must have experience managing larger properties. General understanding of building maintenance

COMPENSATION / WORK CULTURE:

Full time employment on the property site Salary - From $85,000 (depending on experience) Monthly Car Allowance Located in West Island. Three weeks vacation

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE / RESPONSABILITES :

Responsable de la gestion des operations quotidiennes d'un nouveau complexe immobilier de 400 appartements de luxe. Gerer l'equipe de conciergerie et l'equipe de nettoyage. Effectuer la maintenance preventive du site. Coordonner et executer les renovations des appartements apres leur remise au locataire. Gerer les interactions avec les locataires et coordonner les appels de service avec notre equipe et nos fournisseurs. Travailler avec l'equipe de location pour coordonner les remises au locataire. Inspections regulieres des proprietes. Preparation du budget annuel et examen trimestriel des resultats. Conduite des discussions avec les proprietaires lors des reunions mensuelles.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCES REQUISES :

Minimum de cinq ans d'experience en gestion immobiliere. Posseder votre propre vehicule (indemnite de voiture fournie). Excellentes competences en communication (orale et ecrite). Bilingue - francais et anglais. Solides competences en gestion du temps. Experience avec des grands immeubles. Experience avec l'entretien preventatif des systems d'immeubles.

REMUNERATION / CULTURE DE TRAVAIL :

Emploi a temps plein. Salaire - A partir de 85,000 $ (selon l'experience). Indemnite mensuelle pour la voiture. Situe sur la site au ouest de l'ile. Trois semaines de vacances.
