Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals who speak English and Chinese to join our growing company and share our passion in providing excellent services for our tenants and clients. The ideal candidate will have senior level experience in managing accounts and preparing various financial reports for a portfolio of commercial Real Estate and be comfortable working under a complex business structure. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report monthly HST
• Oversee A/R and A/P operations
• Review monthly rent charges and prepare PAD file
• Ensure correct chargeback such as utilities to tenants
• Reconciliation of bank statements, mortgages and monthly journal entries
• Maintain the G/L and working paper files for all properties
• Prepare monthly and annual Property reporting packages, variance analysis and shortfall analysis
• Prepare and process Tenant CAM/TAX recovery reconciliations annually
• Prepare year-end recoverable expenses audit working papers and liaison with auditors
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the property with supporting schedules and variance analysis

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Knowledge of full cycle property accounting is required
• CPA Designation in progress an asset
• 3 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in full cycle Real Estate/Property accounting
• Yardi experience
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
