Position: Senior Property Accountant
Location: Montreal - Centre, 1 day remote
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 per annum
Our client, a prominent commercial real estate development firm with properties spanning Quebec and Ontario, presents an outstanding opportunity tailored specifically for Property Accountants like you for their office in Montreal - Centre.

Job Requirement:
- DEC, AEC, Certificate or Bachelor\'s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- At least 3 years of pertinent experience
- Strong Excel and real estate software
:
- Responsible for full cycle property accounting
- Month end, journal entries
- GST/QST reports
- Prepare CAM, taxes, and rebilling
- Managing financial statements and related documents
- Year end audit files
- Cashflow management
