The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of diverse projects requiring technical knowledge and expertise. They will use project management tools including VES (it/engineering/scientific) and lead, coordinate, and facilitate cross-functional technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project goals in support of the company's goals and annual operating plan. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will track, communicate, and report on the issues and status updates for projects.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Manage multiple projects at one time with team, cross-functional teams including scope, schedule, and cost Provide support to Sales during budget and proposal phase of projects on strategies for success Review and comment on contract specifications during the proposal phase of the project Review purchase orders and contracts as well coordinate order entry and purchase order approval process Maintain and improve project variable contribution margins through effective change management

The essential requirements of the job include:

4 year degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience in a technical field (product, design, drafting) with 15 or more years of experience in project management Knowledge of project life cycle Experience working with cross-functional technical discipline teams Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in customer relations and negotiations

A work and travel permit to the US is a requirement for this position.
