About the Job:
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute key capital projects at our 1.6 million square foot food processing site in Leamington, Ontario. This role offers a chance to drive impactful improvements across our operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
? Manage full lifecycle of capital projects ranging from $50K to $5M+
? Develop scope of work documents, equipment specifications, and control requirements
? Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders
? Oversee project commissioning and start-up
? Track financial performance and manage scope changes
? Provide regular status reports to executives and stakeholders
? Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices
? Identify and implement improvement opportunities
? Support development of short- and long-term capital plans
? Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
Education & Experience
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (P.Eng. preferred)
? 3-5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
? Proven project management experience
Technical Skills:
? Familiarity with PSR, ESA, CRN, TSAA, and other industry standards
? Understanding of tendering and risk management processes (FMEA, FEA)
? Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint)
Soft Skills:
? Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
? Capable of working independently and collaboratively
? Growth mindset and continuous learning attitude
? Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving skills
? Ability to manage technical discussions outside own discipline
