Job Summary

We are seeking a

Senior Project Coordinator

to oversee complex projects from planning through completion. This is a

leadership role

that requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams. You will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-profile projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and mentor teams to drive collaboration and performance. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status. Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, or similar. Ensure adherence to PMBOK standards and project management best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive experience in

project management

, preferably with program management exposure. Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects successfully. Strong budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation skills. Proficient with project management software and reporting tools. Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
