We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Government Client for a high-impact, enterprise-level initiative. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder I&IT programs and vendor relationships within the public sector.

Must Haves:
10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical implementations
Proven ability to manage external vendors and strategic partnerships
Strong communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders, IT partners, ministry clients, and senior leadership
Experience briefing executives on program risks, decisions, and progress
Proficiency in preparing technical strategy documents, presentations, and option analyses
Key Responsibilities:
Provide program leadership across high-risk, multi-jurisdictional initiatives, ensuring full life cycle delivery
Align program execution with executive expectations, organizational standards, and business goals
Oversee cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, budgets, risks, and ensure value delivery
Monitor interrelated projects and provide executive-level reporting on overall portfolio performance
Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
