Our Government Client is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to lead high-profile, complex IT initiatives. This hands-on role demands both strategic oversight and tactical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of programs across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Must Haves:
Hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and resolve project conflicts
Deep understanding of SDLC with experience across planning, development, testing, and deployment
Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, roadmapping, and breakdown of complex tasks for technical delivery teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor KPIs, and identify bottlenecks or risks
Oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent work allocation
Provide clear, actionable reporting using tools like JIRA
Ensure projects move smoothly through each SDLC phase with technical oversight and issue mitigation
