In this role, you will embody the spirit of "Scientists Helping Scientists," seamlessly collaborating with staff at all levels, management, consultants, and vendors. Your exceptional communication skills will bridge gaps, foster strong partnerships, and drive seamless coordination.



Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the new product introduction for GMP cytokines, recombinant proteins, and antibodies

Building the infrastructure of programs, ensuring quality and regulatory requirements are met while balancing with the needs of the business

Facilitating and providing leadership in establishing and maintaining a Quality by Design (QbD) approach to developing processes

Mentor and educate stakeholders as a Quality Assurance representative, creating training materials to foster collaboration

Ability to travel internationally for audits on a quarterly basis

Knowledge and Qualifications

Minimum BSc degree in the biological sciences or related field

At least 8 years of Experience in Quality, Compliance, Business Development or Operations in a regulated environment

Commercialization of cell substrates to generate biotechnological or biological products

Experience with 21 CFR 210 and 211 and ICH Guideline Q5D or equivalencies

Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and project or program management experience
