Overview
The Channel Experience Insights team is looking for an energetic Senior Program Manager to bring transformational programs to life in our ever evolving brick and mortar channels. Our highly engaged team supports strategic initiatives that prioritize and enhance the sales representative and customer in-store experience.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will support our business by partnering with a large variety of cross-functional teams. You will develop and execute on key initiatives to reduce in-store effort and improve the day-to-day experience of frontline sales teams in Corporates Stores, Koodo Shops, Dealer and National Retail partners. By helping our teams embrace new ways of working, you will position our business unit for long-term success.

Responsibilities
As an integral contributor to the Channel Experience Insights team, you will:
  • Use your analytical skills to identify opportunities to transform our customer and team member experiences
  • Develop a strategic roadmap that reduces in-store effort and improves the day-to-day experience of frontline sales teams
  • Create executive-level presentations to gain buy-in from senior leaders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to build solutions
  • Manage and prioritize the execution of identified opportunities
  • Proactively manage and escalate risks, issues and updates at senior level
  • Solve complex challenges with creative solutions that clear roadblocks, secure business collaboration and mitigate risks
  • Strongly advocate for simplification, effort reduction and effective solutions that bring best in class customer and rep experiences to life

  • Influential leader: Use strong relationships and mastered negotiation to gain commitment from stakeholders. Talent for encouraging and supporting others by being strong, focused, and a good example to those you want to influence

  • Knowledge of Home Services an asset

Required Professional Designation/Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Information Technology Management, or relatable degree / equivalent experience
  • MBA is an asset

Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including program management and/or transformational project management
  • Telecommunications industry experience a definite advantage
