Role Description

Reporting to the Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the Senior Program Manager for DEI will be a key driver of important outcomes at Dropbox. This role will focus on two main priorities: DEI\xe2\x80\x99s partnership with Learning and Organizational Development, to enhance the capability of our workforce to enact our DEI values, and to drive DEI into the people rhythms of the business through our Client Services partnerships. This Senior Program Manager will work closely with colleagues across Dropbox, with a focus on L&OD, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and the HRBP team. In addition, this role will own the annual development, writing, and publication of our company-wide DEI report, in close partnership with External Communications.
Responsibilities

Serve as the lead DEI team partner to Learning and Organizational Development, including consulting on DEI components of existing learning products and developing brand new learning experiences to advance our company-wide strategies and objectives
Own \xe2\x80\x9cDEI Fundamentals\xe2\x80\x9d Dropbox\xe2\x80\x99s premier DEI learning experience for all employees, including refreshing this content annually to align with new business priorities, and deliver all DEI Fundamentals sessions using virtual synchronous delivery
Develop new DEI learning experiences focused on Manager Effectiveness in DEI, with an emphasis on reducing bias in performance conversations, increasing manager skillsets for managing across difference, and developing belonging on diverse teams
Serve as a key advisor to the Onboarding team, representing a DEI lens in helping us innovate our Virtual First approach to onboarding, with special attention to underserved communities
Serve as a key client-services partner to our product and sales teams to drive localized tactics that support enterprise DEI strategy
Be deeply in touch with Dropbox\xe2\x80\x99s extensive people data dashboards, producing regular insight and trend analyses to support key priorities and, if needed, reactive tactics
Partner closely with HR cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and L&D to ensure DEI best practices are woven into all elements of the employee lifecycle
Own the narrative development, writing, and publication coordination of the company DEI Annual Report
Requirements

8+ years experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs in complex organizations
6+ years in client-services roles such as, but not limited to: diversity business partner, HR business partner, or talent management
Demonstrated experience in DEI learning and development work , with a focus on creating new learning experiences for employees that result in measurable gains in skillsets/mindsets that are essential to an inclusive workforce
Detail-oriented: Experience using self-service dashboards to create detailed reports on a regular basis, with a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors
Results-focused data analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data to inform and track progress towards DEI goals, including analyzing program ROI and making strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data
Scrappiness and ability to dig into the details in order to build and design world class DEI programs and practices
Possess a proven ability to build sustainable relationships and influence within the organization, at every level and function
Proficiency in data and reporting to inform decisions and influence change
Fluency and precision in narrative writing, to support Dropbox\xe2\x80\x99s culture of thorough documentation
