As the Senior Program Delivery Manager you will own the design, planning and oversite of the delivery excellence program. You will partner with the Associate Vice President to evolve portfolio management and project management frameworks, standards and methodologies and ensure effective training and communication to improve project and program execution.

How you will create impact:

  • Designing and implementing project frameworks, standards and guidelines to enable better decision making and program execution.
  • Support the Business in their prioritization of projects to ensure alignment to the enterprise strategy
  • Providing change leadership to continuously evolve project and portfolio management tools and processes to meet changing needs of the organization.
  • Identifying and measuring business performance and incentive metrics, evaluating success and. proactively identifying issues.
  • Overseeing the selection of project management tools, adapting product roadmaps, improving financial reports and maintaining collaboration sites.

  • You use critical thinking to guide decision making and apply a strategic mindset to adjust business plans based on shifting priorities.

To join our team:

  • You have 7 years of experience in Program/Portfolio Management using a variety of methodologies. Experience in business transformation would be an asset.
  • You have expert knowledge of project and portfolio management practices and methodologies.
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • You have expert knowledge of Excel.
  • Having the Project Management Professional (PMP), PROSCI, Discipline Agile or LEAN certification is an asset.
  • Experience coaching on project management methodology, frameworks and tools is an asset.
