Responsibilities:

• Identify functional or product based gaps between the source and target systems and create requirements to address those in DXC BPS applications.
• Assists with data mapping by reviewing the field definitions of the source and target applications.
• Analysing and documenting client\'s business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to team members by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
• Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
• Assists in creating test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
• Executes systems tests from existing test plans. Assists in analysing test results in various phases.
• Assists with implementing automation of test scenarios and creation of automation suites.
• Mentor and guide onshore and offshore team members.

Mandatory skills:

• Expertise required in Life and Annuity insurance domain to support essential job functions like gap analysis, data mapping, requirement gathering, solution review and test planning.
• Experience working on Vantage/wmA or PPlus.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience on automation using selenium.
• Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
• Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language.
• Must have previous DXC experience

Years of Experience:

• 10 or more years of business analysis experience in life and annuity insurance domain and wmA.

Work Environment:

• Remote work with not more than 25% travel, if any.
• Work shift: Regular hours.
