As the Senior Product Marketing Operations Manager at Sage, you'll be part of our new Strategy & Operations function within our Product Marketing teams.
You'll be the go-to expert for product marketing operational excellence by managing operational workflows and projects including codifying processes, and championing tools that enable our product marketing teams to deliver high-impact work - ensuring our product marketing engine runs seamlessly and effectively.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Product Marketer who is ready to step into Product Marketing Operations. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution - building and refining processes that enable product marketing teams to focus on strategic, high-impact work and ensure our content and insights drive real business outcomes.
Location:
Hybrid; 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our Vancouver office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Marketing Manager (required), ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A strong understanding of product marketing workflows gained through your hands-on experience as a Product Marketer.
- You've been recognized by leaders and colleagues for your exceptional organization and strong project management skills.
- Proven experience establishing and scaling new marketing processes, templates, or systems from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex ideas for a global audience.
- Experience producing effective copy or internal communications with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in AI and examples of how you've used it to elevate your work.
- Collaborative, influential, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree a plus.

Operations
- Define and codify PMM processes, templates, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Be the Highspot expert for the product marekting team--own content management processes and governance.
- Manage purchasing workflows and help oversee budgets for the Product Marketing organization.
Data & Dashboards
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards
- Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights to Product Marketing leaders.
Public Relations & Analyst Relations
- Play a key role in public relations and analyst relations, from crafting responses to RFIs (Request for Information) and managing projects to developing compelling content and messaging.
- Track awards and accolades, and create associated high-impact narratives
Events
- Coordinate across the global Product Marketing team and partner with stakeholders to ensure we have robust plans and flawless execution on events

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$120,000 to C$150,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
