Job Description


What you\'ll do

  • Market research - Understand market and champion the voice of the customer to identify key markets to target, conduct market research and intelligence, define market segmentation and buyer personas. Monitor changes to the competitive landscape at a macro-level, adjusting positioning and messaging where required.
  • Messaging and Positioning - Clearly articulate product value and differentiation for offerings to ensure consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer need, personas, and influencers along a client lifecycle. Create strong market facing product messaging and value prop statements and deliver persona level value stories that tell the product story in a way that connects with users and prospective buyers.
  • Go-To Market - Lead product launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and flawless execution of go-to-market strategies that identify routes to market, content, and pricing strategy. Develop innovative marketing content and programs that support sales efforts and drive demand partnering with the broader integrated marketing teams.
  • Sales Enablement - Collaborate with sales and enablement teams to develop materials that help sellers position products to better generate and close opportunities
  • Thought Leadership - Interact with business and operational executives, industry and subject matter experts to synthesize compelling messaging and positioning that provides differentiated competitive advantage and presents opportunity for advanced thought leadership opportunities.
What you have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Fluency in both English and French Canadian required
  • 5 to 8 years of product marketing experience, (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent writing skills, supported by a portfolio of demonstrated writing samples
  • Experience building go-to-market campaigns by highlighting product features with demonstrated ability to launch products. Global experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in information and data analysis, impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and globally integrated solutions with ability to interpret data to make fact-based decisions
  • Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and interdepartmentally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Journalism and/or PR experience preferred but not required
