As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead key scenarios connecting individuals across their organization, increasing employee connectedness and belonging to work, improving their ability to share and secure knowledge as well as drive growth for Microsoft Viva business. You will create and execute the product roadmap for your areas, partner with your PM, engineering, research & design peers to define and launch product improvements, and work alongside data scientists to identify and drive key measures of success.

On the Yammer team we are customer obsessed, constantly listening to customer needs and weighing their feedback and challenges with our mid- and long-term strategy. And we're highly collaborative - partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to distill these challenges into clear solutions. Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by translating business requirements into products and services.
  • Craft a roadmap for your areas of ownership. Use data and necessary insights to rally the organization around that plan and define the strategy to deliver on the vision.
  • Distill customer, market and business insights into end-to-end scenarios.
  • Deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, collaborating with the engineering and design teams to make sure product requirements are translated flawlessly into great products.
  • Own the product lifecycle for your areas: deliver features, learn from user adoption metrics and feedback, and effectively communicate broadly product strategy, tactics, and operations.
  • Mentor junior members of the team and model Microsoft values and role best practices.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer value and a deep commitment to creating products that deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Proven experience shipping complex features in consumer or commercial products.
  • Strong product sense and ability to validate hypothesis through data and experimentation.
  • Creative and inventive problem solver - delivering innovation for both product experiences and team leadership.
  • Outstanding collaboration and partnership skills, with proven ability to drive results across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. MBA preferred.
