What You'll Do

Shogun is driving the future of exceptional ecommerce experiences without large development teams or huge budgets. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Growth. As a Senior PM, you will have the unique opportunity to focus on bridging the gap between the growth segments of Page Builder and how we can use that to grow our Frontend product. You'll enhance our customer journey, identify opportunities for growth for both PB and FE, and build innovative products and features to drive greater Product Market Fit. This role exists at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Implementation, building on top of a strong foundation to accelerate the growth of the company.

You own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of growth product initiatives to drive company-wide metrics on revenue, backed by customer context, market knowledge and strong data.

We are looking for team members that naturally identify customer pain points, prioritize the customer pain points based on opportunities for growth, champion them with qualitative and quantitative data to partners and develop solutions that account not only for the technical teams but also GTM. You will collaborate closely with our executive team while getting into the tactical execution with your cross-functional partners.

  • Lead decision-making on how to grow FE to find true PMF
  • Create a growth strategy to acquire new customers across PB and FE by identifying top pain points across both the two products and how we can raise the power and ease of use of both products.
  • Quickly adapt tactics to market and customer signals with the goal of achieving our ultimate strategy of driving customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Ensure accountability for results through quantitative and qualitative success metrics
  • Ultimately, deliver products that Shogun clients love
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management
  • Experience expanding SaaS products into new customer segments
  • Obsession with customer engagement and retention, naturally segmenting casual, core, and power users
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and leadership, connecting teams from GTM and R&D together to drive results
  • A connector of people and ideas - building relationships with people and organizations is not only a skill but a trait that you embody
