We're looking for an experienced, innovative Product Manager to join our

Insights Team

.


The Insights Team owns the customer-facing part of our product, delivering actionable insights to drive efficiency and value for our clients.


You'll be the voice of the customer within the team, driving the strategy and Product Roadmap. Strategically, this role is crucial for us to enhance our understanding of users and ensure successful product differentiation.


You'll have the opportunity to utilise your skills and vision to enhance the value of the insights our platform delivers to clients by both refining and developing new capabilities.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has a passion for user-centric product development, and excels at iterative enhancements and deep user empathy.

Part of Your Day-to-Day

Own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing components of our platform, focusing on insights and user experience. Be embedded within the Insights Team to serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product decisions. Drive improvements to existing features and develop new capabilities to deliver greater value to clients. Uplevel the team's understanding of user behaviour and needs through research, data analysis, and customer feedback. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and leadership to translate broad goals into clear product plans and priorities. Identify high-value problems and define clear, actionable requirements to address them. Engage in technical discussions with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of features. Conduct research to inform product development and validate new ideas. Leverage data-driven insights to strategically incorporate state-of-the-art AI/ML into customer-facing features. Deeply understand customer pain points, use cases, and market dynamics in the context of enterprise automation and insights.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager for a

data-driven

or

insights-focused product

, with a track record of improving and expanding established products. Hands-on experience with the full product development lifecycle, including discovery, design, execution, and iterative improvements for complex product suites. Systems thinker with a strong technical background or understanding, particularly in data-driven products. Hands-on experience with AI/ML products and their application in delivering customer value. Deep understanding of enterprise automation, customer insights, and user experience best practices. Strategic planning skills and the ability to create and manage a product roadmap. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, Engineers, and Designers. Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate and clarify complex and ambiguous situations. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
