Job Summary
Compass Digital is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Operator Experience(OE) team to shape, create and build a high-impact product. The OE team comprises 6 respectful, passionate and curious individuals across three countries and time zones. We drive to help our operators grow their businesses by providing memorable experiences for their guests. You will work closely with our research, product management and engineering team to ensure we solve the right problem, and your design skills will help the team solve the problem right. Figma is our main design tool, along with Miro for remote collaboration, Jira and confluence for task tracking and documentation. Now, if you were to come on board as our SeniorProduct Designer, we\xe2\x80\x99d ask you to do the following for us:
Design discovery and exploration:
Travelling on-site in the US & Canada to visit live operations
Be a thought partner to product managers to focus on the right problems to solve
Working with researchers to get to understand the problem space
Leverage data to balance qualitative evidence with quantitative one
Explore different ways to solve the problem. Help the team to decide on the most practical and scalable solutions.
Design execution:
Plan and manage your workload. You want to balance the quality and the speed so we can ship value early and iterate quickly.
Lead full end-to-end design from ideation, user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity to final delivery of design files to engineering
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to execute the intended design
Contribute to planning and conducting usability testing
Design leadership:
Provide thought leadership to the team
Mentor other designers
Contribute to the design culture.

You have 5+ years of product design experience. Startup or agency experience is a plus.
