We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team! As the gatekeeper of our user experience for the digital platform (web/eCommerce/dashboard), this role must maximize ease-of-use and best-in-class visual representation. You\'ll collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and stakeholders, working on research, testing, prototyping and designing to develop intuitive and thoughtful software products.

More specifically you will:

• Design and iterate solutions on new and existing products
• Convert complex problems into simple solutions by synthesizing research outcomes and ideating multiple possibilities
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback and present findings
• Identify and define thoughtful user journeys supported by low to high-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, detailed interaction recommendations, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
• Daily collaboration with engineering, user research and product
• Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to present your work, and explain your visual choices and design rationale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Product Design or UX UI experience
• A portfolio with case studies demonstrating your strength in UX, UI and creative problem solving
• Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion, and to give and receive feedback with open-mindedness
• Ability to think and operate in terms of design systems - be it working from existing design systems, evolving design systems or defining new design systems
• High proficiency using Figma, Adobe CC and prototyping tools
• Nice to have an interest or experience in 3D design, CAD or engineering
