Experience with financial operations and a strong understanding of financial processes. Proven experience in process design, implementation, and optimization. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain governance and documentation practices, preferably within a financial or highly regulated environment. Background in project management or leading process improvement initiatives. Experience with leveraging technology, including AI and automation tools, to enhance business operations. Skilled with data querying tools, specifically BigQuery and SQL, for data analysis and process-related insights. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro). Comfortability leveraging automation platforms and a keen interest in AI technologies. Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA to track and manage initiatives. Strong command of Google Suite particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides for documentation and reporting. Able to create clear, impactful reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data insights.
