Role Overview

Intelbyte is looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our growing delivery team. Our Microsoft Business Applications practice spans solution design, development, governance, implementation, and helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey with confidence.

You will work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, build scalable applications, and automate critical business processes, often as part of broader enterprise digital modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable low-code solutions using Power Platform tools. Communicate solution value, status, and trade-offs with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solution Design & Implementation

Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps Automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems Ensure solution scalability, data integrity, and alignment with governance policies Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and lead user acceptance activities

Project Delivery & Support

Work in agile teams to deliver features aligned with sprint goals and project timelines Support ALM processes including solution packaging, version control, and environment management Create technical documentation and provide training or support for end users Monitor and enhance applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience building Power Platform solutions. Experience with Power BI, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder Solid understanding of environment management, solution packaging, deployment pipelines and CoE best practices Familiarity with custom connectors, expressions, and advanced Power Automate logic Experience working with SharePoint, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable solutions Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing or consulting environments Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks in low-code platforms Minimum of two of these three certifications: Microsoft PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 is a plus Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Azure DevOps is a plus

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Dynamics 365, custom plugins, or legacy CRM systems Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, or government)
This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence at our office three days per week.
