K\xc3\xb6rber Supply Chain Software is growing the People & Culture function! We\'re hiring a People & Culture Partner position in our Moncton, Canada office.

This position consults with business leaders and managers across US and Canada on workforce planning, employee relations, policy interpretation, training, and change management. The person in this role will work closely with the global People and Culture team (P&C team) to deliver global people-related strategies while managing local policies and processes. This role will act as a partner to the regional leaders and will work closely with managers to drive engagement and retention. This person will be a culture champion who lives the K\xc3\xb6rber Supply Chain Software core values and promotes our purpose, \xe2\x80\x9cwe enable those who move goods to do good.\xe2\x80\x9d In addition to the People Partner responsibilities, special projects to support our people and culture strategy and value creation plan will be assigned.

Your role on our team

Build and develop effective relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to develop strategic people-related solutions

Consult leaders and stakeholders on workforce planning, employee relations, policies, learning and development, inclusion and change management

Ensure general compliance and risk management, including administration of performance management guidance and internal investigations

Use P&C data and internal trends to drive strategy, initiatives, quarterly priorities and core values to all facets of the organization

Champion our internal communication and accountability cadence of daily huddles and bi-weekly 1:1s.

Manage North American mobility and work sponsorships in conjunction with external immigration and employment law counsel

Use judgement, creativity and knowledge to offer creative solutions for sensitive and complex issues

Lead implementation of confidential, high-level strategic projects and support global programs related to compensation, onboarding, employer branding, performance management, career development, and HR workforce analytics

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation and make recommendations that improve retention and employee engagement

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers and leaders

Partner with P&C Admins and talent acquisition team to optimize our recruitment and onboarding process

Foster positive work environment and partner with leaders and employees to promote our Company culture

Promote a strong culture of inclusion across the organization that leads to increased engagement and retention

Your Profile

Understanding of local employment legislation; ability to apply employment law principles in the organization

Exceptional relationship skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization

Strong influencing and conflict management skills with the ability to approach employees and managers with difficult messages

Ability to provide leadership, coaching and consultative guidance to employees across all levels of the organization

4+ years of progressive experience in human resource management

Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, management, or related field

Experience working in a global organization is a plus

Familiarity with Workday is preferred
