Job Description

Do you have a passion for fostering community connections and driving positive change? As the

Senior Outreach Coordinator

for our Community Engagement team, you'll be the cornerstone of community-driven programs that connect residents with vital resources and services. You'll work closely with local partners and stakeholders to ensure programs are running smoothly, build new initiatives to support at-risk populations, and serve as a key advocate for community well-being.

What we're looking for:



An Associate's Degree and at least three years of experience in community outreach, social services, or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree. Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Proven ability to engage with diverse groups of people, including underserved and vulnerable populations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Passion for making a positive, lasting impact in your community. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
