As part of the Opto-Mechanical Team, you will analyze components and electro-mechanical systems to ensure that products meet or exceed the customer's requirements and ensure that the mechanical solutions are reliable, cost-effective and meet product functional requirements. You will use a series of advanced software tools for 3D design and simulation to predict product behavior in space. The senior FEA Engineer has a thorough understanding of structural mechanics and dynamics, heat transfer, thermal management, hardware design. In addition, you will be responsible to perform, support and/or coordinate environmental testing activities.
