Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial / Industrial Construction Estimating - including Warehouse's, TI's, Industrial Facilities, Multi Family, food process, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Candidate's must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and office.

Terrawerx Mechanical us looking for a Project Manager with a Minimum of 2-5 years of Experience.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all project performance including cost, schedule, safety, and quality.

- Oversee all construction coordination, planning and identifying potential risks and assistance in resolving field technical issues.

- Project Site Reviews, QAQC and Walkthrough Notes -

- Monthly budget updates and review with Project Superintendent and Project Director

- Develops and maintains relationships with our trade partners through defining scopes of work, answering inquires and monitoring progress.

- Manage RFI Process, identify if the RFI has any Cost impact and provide comments

- Manages change management and change order process.

- Manage shop drawing review and submittal process. Coordinate distribution to field staff for rough in and subtrade co-ordination.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Microsoft Office, Blubeam
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build accurate and detailed budgets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and drawings.

-Strong Team Player with positive attitude
