You speak fluently in KPIs and regulatory compliance but also in mentorship, team building, and "we before me."

People & Culture Leadership
Build high-performing, low-ego teams that wantto show up to work every day.
Coach, mentor, and empower leaders at all levels because you know that trust > micromanagement.

Use data, dashboards, and good old-fashioned floor walks to understand and improve performance.
Strategy & Financials (not just spreadsheets)
Partner with the leadership team to align operations with the big picture, then bring it to life on the floor.
Track costs like a hawk, invest like it's your money, and always ask: "Is this scalable?"
Help us grow smartly, not just quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (a.k.a. playing nice with others)
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product Development to stay ahead of demand.
Build bridges between departments so Operations is always looped in (not looped out).
Help us solve complex problems in simple, human ways.
You Might Be the One If You:
Have 5+ years in a senior operations or director-level role in manufacturing.
Have led multi-site teams (cross-border experience = gold star).
Can juggle strategy, execution, and people without dropping the ball.
