What you will be doing: You will have a key role as you will be responsible for Implementing ODOO ERP Implement the ERP and all the company process, develop custom modules, integration with other systems and develop new functionalities Lead the implementation of ODOO ERP systems, ensuring alignment with company processes and objectives. Design, develop, and maintain custom modules tailored to specific business needs. Integrate ODOO ERP with other existing systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow. Identify opportunities for enhancement and develop new functionalities to improve system efficiency and user experience. Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Utilize expertise in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency. Provide expert consultation and support to clients, both remotely and on-site as needed, to ensure successful ERP implementation and utilization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve project objectives. Address and resolve issues promptly, maintaining system stability and performance under pressure. Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare regular reports on project progress, system changes, and other relevant metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Computing, Project Management, etc.), other designation or equivalent business experience; At least 6-8 years of experience as a systems analyst with ERP systems or Progress At least 3-4 years of ODOO Supply Chain (ESSENTIAL) and WMS (warehouse management system), TMS (Transport management system) and/or manufacturing. Bilingual (English fluent, French Fluent) Remote but must be ready to go on client site time to time depending on the mission Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork
