Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in the field of telecommunications
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering with major in Telecommunications or Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in LAN / WAN networks, IP VPN (MPLS) service, Cloud and wireless LAN technology (WLAN).
• The following certifications are considered assets: CCIE or CCNP/DP (enterprise or DC), Juniper (JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE-SEC, JNCIE-DC), F5, VMware VeloCloud, NSX, Viptella.
• Defining/scoping customer requirements with a focus on Enterprise level solutions
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
• Ownership of outcomes, ability to learn and adapt quickly, deploy on time and on budget.
• Be comfortable following rigorous change management processes.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in either English and/or French
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner as well as autonomous with the ability to deliver with minimal supervision
