We have open positions for- Senior Moldmaker and Improvers

Build and repair plastic injection and compression molds to produce parts for the automotive industry Perform numerous functions such as spotting components and core/cavity to sealoff, install manifold systems and wire as per needed, assemble and disassemble molds and also trouble shoot issues that may occur. Help achieve high quality parts for the customer also create a well functioning/low maintenance mold for the life of the mold. Teach and mentor less experienced toolmakers and apprentices Moldmaker will report to shop foreman or supervisor with issues that arise Must have knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems pertaining to a mold build Overhead crane use will be essential to complete day to day tasks

Your responsibilities

Possess good problem solving skills and technical expertise Must possess good attitude and work ethic Must have own tools to complete various tasks pertaining to mold builds Must be able to use all forms of manual machines (lathes, milling machines etc) Must be reliable and able to function in a fast paced environment Must have excellent communication skills

Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
