Come and join our Architecture team.We are currently looking for a Senior Mobile Application Architect for Intact Lab, who will play a key role in supporting our growth.Your responsibilities:

• Carry out a permanent technological watch
• Lead the development of the technology roadmap with the practice of technical leadership
• Ensure consistency with the technological vision and architectural quality of the Lab\'s products.
• Ensure compliance with design and development rules

You are:

• A software craftsman in mobile application development
• Experienced in mobile application architecture and experiential API layers (BFF/XAPI)
• Stimulated by challenges
• A change agent who doesn\'t hesitate to challenge the status quo, especially in these times of public cloud migration
• An excellent popularizer capable of explaining their ideas to various stakeholders
• Organized, proactive and a driver of change
• Comfortable working and promoting an ever-changing technological environment
• A leader and excellent team player ready to dive back into the code to help their team
• A technical mentor, very active in terms of technological monitoring and ready to share their knowledge in a concrete way through functional proofs of concept
• At ease with the development of architectural designs including both front-end web components and back-end services

You have :

• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology/software engineering or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5 to 7 years experience in an Architecture role

• 5 years experience designing and delivering distributed systems and applications
• Excellent knowledge of application architecture in iOS and Android eco-systems
• Mastery of API contract development in GraphQL and OpenAPI
• Good knowledge of Firebase and BitRise platforms
• Proven experience in technical leadership and architecture in software development
• Good knowledge of application security, its mechanisms and OWASP standards
• Previous experience in agile development, continuous delivery and DevOps culture
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise and software design patterns
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented programming
• Good knowledge of Reactive Programming and Event Driven Architecture
• Good knowledge of one of the following front-end technologies: React or Angular
• Experience with RESTful projects using JWT, OAuth 2.0
• Good working knowledge of the I.D.E.A.L.S principle and 12-factor application methodology
• Concrete experience in automated cloud service creation as well as automated application delivery
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies and development and architecture best practices to deliver on different public clouds
• Bilingualism (French/English) - this role requires regular interaction with colleagues across the country
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
