The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support company objectives, product launches, and lead generation initiatives.
Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Sales, Product, and Communications--to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Oversee the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and website content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as required.
Initiate brand positioning and messaging to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Liaise and maintain effective communication with institutional clients.
Lead ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
2-5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in campaign management and execution.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Management Commercial Real Estate is an asset.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
