Passionate about transforming dreams into reality? Build your career with Ultimate Renovations. As Ultimate Renovations Senior Marketing Specialist As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ultimate Renovation\'s online presence including our social media platforms and website
• Crafting and updating all customer facing documents and assets, newsletters, and blogs
• Leading marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital) and producing detailed performance reports
• Attending and staging of project photography
• soliciting feedback from our clients through Google and AVID surveys
• Supporting the company create it\'s regional, provincial, and national award entries
• Coordinating customer appreciation, promotional, and intracompany events

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• Formal education in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity and experience with CRM systems, processes, and best practices would be considered an asset
• A proven ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently
• Knowledge and literacy with the following programs: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Must be fluent in English

During the interview process, we will be looking for behaviours and skills such as:

• Professional written and verbal communication skills pertaining to customer service and copywriting
• Knowledge of what goes into making a great social media post, and how it should look
• Examples of creative marketing ideas and execution strategies
• Your SEO expertise and technical development skills
• Your familiarity and interest in home design, construction, and small business
