Summary: As the Senior Marketing Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing measurement/analysis framework and cadences to determine marketing effectiveness, contribution to commercial activity, and spend efficiency across the sales and marketing funnel. You will Compile marketing key performance metrics by developing new dashboards and reports that guide strategic decisions for campaigns, increase productivity, and improve automation and operational efficiencies.
This role reports to the Director, Marketing Operations on the central Marketing team focused on acquisition, retention, and go to market strategies and capabilities. We seek hardworking, hands-on marketers and operational leaders who balance creative approaches with a data-driven mentality. The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing analytics, a fluency working with data and quantitative reasoning with a storytelling ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales and demand generation, and most importantly, a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
A SUCCESSFUL SENIOR MARKETING PERFORMANCE ANALYST WILL: Align marketing to unified metrics and drive consistent marketing performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Develop and define marketing data standards, executing with business operations the data layer for marketing data, ingestion and quality for activation and analytics.
Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs across the entire lifecycle of the revenue funnel. Analyze and define metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives.
Develop performance measurement and analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness, output and ROI of the marketing organization and link strategic initiatives to revenue results. Support creation of measurement framework to assist with spend allocation decisions, campaign execution, and internal storytelling.
Create timely regularly scheduled reports as well as ad hoc reports of business results, customers, and the competition. Regularly inform decision-makers across marketing, sales, and product of actionable insights on marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
Identify and interpret trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their campaign objectives and design reports and dashboards to meet organizational growth needs
Deliver ongoing reporting and scorecards based on various use cases and campaign objectives to measure both quantitative and qualitative results.
Align the marketing reporting methods and data with cross functional teams to ensure reporting consistency at the company and department levels.
Provide visibility into overall marketing impact and insight into marketing\xe2\x80\x99s contribution to overall business growth. Identify areas to optimize and make recommendations that drive areas of marketing activity improvement.

Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of marketing, operations, or sales enablement experience, preferably in a B2B, high-growth marketing environment.
Experience with marketing campaign processes, performance analytics, and best practices.
Experience in designing marketing analytics programs (analytics, insights, communications) and advanced marketing data analytics capabilities. \xe2\x80\x8b
Professional Skills/Preferred: Deep experience with website tagging and analytics, including advanced-level experience with either Google and/or Adobe web analytics and tagging software
Experience with Salesforce and other Adobe Marketing Cloud product knowledge a plus (i.e., Test & Target and Audience Manager)
Passion for process improvement and commitment to driving results.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep plans in motion \xe2\x80\x8b

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual\xe2\x80\x99s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
